Ms. Lyon is a nationally recognized expert in the field of death penalty defense, and, in her decades-long career, has taken 19 cases through the death penalty phase. She has won all 19 of them. She will speak about the unique ways that female lawyers experience and navigate through the male-dominated world of criminal defense, illuminating the vital role and immense contributions of women in the profession.
