Keynote Speaker: Lawrence Bartley

Following his release on parole last year after serving 27 years in prison, Lawrence Bartley is now a communications associate at the Marshall Project, a nonprofit news organization focused on bringing criminal justice issues into the forefront of national dialogue. He is the producer of News Inside, a print publication that is being distributed to inmates in prisons across the country. He has written for Vice and has been a guest on NPR and several podcasts.
