The seminar will include a panel discussion of tips for safety valve proffers and litigation featuring former Assistant U.S. Attorneys Bill Connolly, Rob Fisher, Peter Levitt, and Corey Flasher and a presentation by Juval Scott, the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia, on Effective Use of Data and Experts to Litigate Race.
The seminar will be followed by a complimentary wine and cheese reception hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in the second floor atrium.
